Damaged or Faulty Items
If the item you receive is damaged or faulty we will replace it free of charge. Just follow the instructions below to request a replacement.
Ordered the Wrong Size
What if you ordered the wrong size or style? Nothing to worry about, we can exchange your item for you. Please be aware that some items may incur a restocking fee as each item is printed to order. Don’t panic, we’ll make you aware of any fees right away.
We can exchange gifts for the correct size or a store credit under the same terms as above. All you need is the order number and gifter’s email address to submit a request.
Changed Your Mind
Decided that the gigantic, rainbow coloured, unicorn print you ordered might not go in your monochrome bedroom? It’s okay, simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item to us in 30 days and we’ll give you a refund. You will need to pay the return shipping and we recommend you use a tracked or insured service for high value items as we can’t take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Some items may incur a restocking fee, but we’ll tell you before you return any items. Where the cost of returning an item + the restocking fee exceeds the value of an item, we can refund you the full cost minus the restocking fee.
