Behind the Scenes of Your Ignition Ink Order
When you place an order on Ignition Ink there’s a lot that happens before it reaches you and you let out a little squeal of joy (hopefully!). Once your order has been confirmed, we send the details to one of our 3rd party suppliers. They then work their magic and create your product to order, just for you. As soon as your items are ready, they’ll be shipped to you on the service included for that specific product. Once your order is winging it’s way to your arms, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on the way. If tracking information is available, this information will be included in the confirmation email. As some products are produced by different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate parcels (possibly on different days). Finally, when you have your new art piece in your hands you can do a dance of joy. Even better, you could share a photo of your new item (don’t forget to tag us @ignitioninkart or use #ignitioninkart to share it with our community of art lovers!).
Delivery to the UK costs £3.99 per order and you can get free delivery on orders over £100. Delivery to other countries is calculated at the checkout based on the products in your basket and the delivery location you enter.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to every country around the world. To check if we ship to your country please check our Delivery Destinations list.
Each item is printed on demand just for your order which means our 3rd party suppliers need some time to get your order ready. Most items are printed and ready to be shipped within 3-4 working days. If you live in the UK your order will be delivered 2-3 working days after it was shipped. Most orders sent to the US will also be delivered 2-3 working days after being shipped but some items that are produced from out side the US can take 5-10 working days. All other delivery destinations will receive their orders 7-14 days after they are shipped. Please wait for the estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us regarding a delayed or missing order.
Customs & Additional Charges
Each country has their own import and customs rules and as such some items may be subject to duty or import tax on arrival. If you are located in the UK, US, Canada or Australia our production partners are located close to you and there should be no additional charges. If you do receive a customs charge in these locations please pay the amount and keep a receipt. You can then contact our support team to receive a refund. Unfortunately, if you are from a country outside of these regions we cannot cover any additional costs incurred due to customs and import duties. Please check the import and duty laws in your country to see if you will be charged and how much prior to ordering. We are also unable to amend the price on the invoice/shipment, the price you pay is what will be displayed.
